Services available include but are not limited to system maintenance, cleanings, repairs, and replacements. Our employees and sub vendors are equipped with the knowledge, experience, and equipment to diagnosis and resolve any issue you may have. We keep you, the customer, involved and aware of all actions and options throughout the whole process. If repairs are not possible or not financially feasible then we can work with you to get you a new HVAC system that meets your needs. We work with a wide range of HVAC manufactures such as Goodman, Rheem, Carrier, Trane, Amana, and Lennox.

If you’d just like to maintain your system or give it a boost with HVAC accessories, we can help with that too. Accessories include UV lights, media filters, smart thermostats, additional return air ducts, dehumidifiers, additional line covers and insulation. UV lights serve as a germicide that kills mold and 97% of bacteria that flows through your HVAC system and then through your home. Media filters serve as an extra layer of filtration, stopping allergens, debris, and bacteria.

Master AC and Heat, LLC also performs news installation on newly constructed and remodeled homes! From the start we’re there helping to create the highest level of comfort for your new home or property. We take into consideration your goals, local City codes, and the HVAC design. For all new construction builds plans are requested for a heat load calculation. Master AC and Heat, LLC uses Wrightsoft to perform a load calculation which uses information from your building material, house layout, and house orientation for accurate duct and equipment sizing. Having the wrong AC size is a major design flaw that can lead to excessive moisture build up or poor air flow. Master AC and Heat, LLC is a verified vendor for Select Home Warranty along with other home warranty companies. We are also capable of handling all insurance claims.

There is a Trip Charge Fee of $89 for residential properties. Commercial properties have a $149 trip charge fee that covers the first hour of diagnosis.
